The meeting rooms can be hired separately or in combinations to suit your specific needs. Perfect for company away days.

If all four rooms are hired as a conference facility, the room can seat up to 100 delegates in theatre style layout.

All rooms have their own high specification video conference facilities.

The Harford room seats 8 around a table.

A 55” 4K commercial grade display screen is wall mounted, with access to all video conferencing platforms such a zoom, skype etc.  A Crestron UC-SB1-CAM video conference smart sound bar with integrated microphone array and ultra-wide angle camera is installed below the display.

The Sarn Helen seats 20 around a table or 30 in theatre style.

A 75” size screen is wall mounted on the main presentation wall. When the rooms are operating in ‘combined’ open mode, the projection system will be used with the electric projection screen dropping down in front of this 75” display. A Panasonic WUXGA resolution laser projector with a brightness output of 5000 ANSI lumen is  ceiling mounted with a viewing area of 250 W x 156 H cm.  Repeater screens are available for when in combined open mode.   A lecturn and microphone is available for conference events.

All four rooms can be hired to create a conference room capable of seating 100 delegates with a top table / lecturn pre Covid. The day rate for the conference room is £215 (+VAT), or £110 (+VAT) for a half day*.

We can arrange refreshments, buffet boxes and coordinate outside catering and overnight accommodation.
